I originally rated this product 4 superstars, but regrettably after acquiring two models that shattered immediately, I would change this particular to absolutely no stars if i could. I bought this product primarily to create crushed ice for tea and cocktails, and to create ice in which fits very easily into water bottles regarding biking and also school use. It proved helpful well for that application whenever it worked whatsoever. The promoted settings regarding ice to create snowcones and also slushies are usually non existent, which has been a disappointment. It makes chunks regarding ice regarding 1/2 inch big, a handful of larger and some smaller. The feet of the machine are usually little vacuum cleaner suckers, so the device does not necessarily slide close to during use. UPDATE: Unit proved helpful fine with a minimum of jamming for around 10 days, and then the blades halted turning. As per instructions, I allow it to sit to determine if there was clearly an item of ice caught, but in order to no get. The generator buzzed, but absolutely nothing was transferring there. I came back it in order to Amazon for an exchange. I’ll provide it an additional try, but if this product fails, then I am going to return it to get a refund and also try the Waring furthermore listed on this website. UPDATE 2: The substitute arrived, and held up through 1 tray of ice. Again, the product is packed for absolutely no visible purpose. Back it goes, and to get a refund now. Not suggested.
